Summary
Partner with me to support development of work location strategies aligned to business growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities. Analyze portfolio, utilization trends, and business requirements to inform recommendations. Support development of business cases, financial analyses, and ROI projections for location decisions. Identify risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs associated with location strategy decisions. Lead day‑to‑day execution of approved work location strategy initiatives (strategic location recommendations and POVs).
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Track milestones and cross‑functional deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder working sessions to gather requirements and validate assumptions. Prepare executive‑ready materials for governance reviews and decision forums. Ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared, and aligned throughout execution.

- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required, typically in Business Administration, Organizational Strategy, Real Estate / Facilities / Workplace Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in workplace strategy, location strategy or other strategic role in real estate.
- Experience supporting portfolio planning, location strategy, or workplace transformation initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with governance processes and executive‑level reporting a plus.
- $49.58 - $59.58 (W2, Non‑Exempt)
