Job Description Essential Responsibilities
  • Scope:
    The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system‑specific project tasks or non‑technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project portfolios.
  • Lead and mentor project teams.
  • Coordinate efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate significant project risks.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Provide strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities Annual Sales Planning Program Management
  • Coordinate planning activities across Regional Rev Ops, Finance, HR, Sales Leadership, and Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain planning playbooks, communication plans, and standardized templates.
  • Ensure planning deliverables (segmentation, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling) are executed on time and to a high standard.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions and steering committee updates.
Sales Governance & Policy Development
  • Define, draft, and maintain Sales Governance policies that support consistent and compliant sales planning processes.
  • Establish clear guidelines for segmentation changes, territory movements, quota adjustments, exception handling, and change‑management protocols.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure policies align with regulatory, compensation, and organizational requirements.
