Business Analyst / Process Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst / Process Analyst to join our team in LATAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing process development, documentation, compliance, optimization, and training activities. They will also be tasked with monitoring and tracking projects and programs, as well as creating and maintaining reports and automated flows.

• Develop, document, and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training to staff on new processes and procedures.
• Monitor and track projects and programs assigned to them to ensure timely completion.
• Create and maintain reports to track progress and performance.
• Implement and maintain automated flows and lists to streamline processes.

• Working experience with process development, compliance, training, and improvement.
• Proficiency in using SharePoint, Power Automate, Lists, and Forms.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, Visio, and Outlook.
• Experience with VBA programming in Excel is desired.
• Excellent English language skills are required.
