- Partner with Finance teams to analyze business performance and provide data‑driven recommendations for pricing target
- Translate technical engineering concepts into business implications that support decision‑making.
- Build and enhance analytical models, forecast scenarios, and operational dashboards.
- Support product, pricing, and deal analysis by combining engineering understanding with financial frameworks.
- Identify system gaps and partner with IT to develop scalable process and tool improvements.
- Automate data flows and reporting to increase operational efficiency.
- Drive cross‑functional projects that require both technical depth and business acumen.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, structured manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–10 years of combined experience in technical analysis, business analysis, FP&A, product operations, or similar roles blending engineering and business.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex data, build models, and communicate insights succinctly.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and business judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SFDC), and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with pricing models, deal analysis, or financial forecasting.
- Exposure to product development lifecycle or engineering workflows.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau,???, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high‑growth environment with competing priorities.
The annual salary range for California is $136,500 to $253,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
