Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within a semiconductor and advanced technology environment.

This position will serve as a central point of coordination between engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, suppliers, and customers. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring product commitments, customer delivery requirements, and internal milestones are successfully executed.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned semiconductor professional who understands the full product-delivery lifecycle and can manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs involving engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage multiple programs, product lines, and customer commitments simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track customer-requested delivery dates and ensure internal teams remain aligned with committed timelines.
  • Coordinate bill-of-material readiness, system requirements, manufacturing activities, and product shipments.
  • Monitor forecasts, cycle times, lead times, resource constraints, and operational dependencies.
  • Identify program risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Address shipping restrictions, regulatory requirements, compliance considerations, and other delivery-related challenges.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for program-related questions, escalations, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure issues are routed to the appropriate technical, operational, or business resources.
  • Prepare weekly program reports, executive updates, and performance summaries.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and track action items through completion.
  • Maintain accountability across teams while supporting a collaborative working environment.
  • Escalate issues before they negatively affect customers, schedules, quality, or business commitments.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of program-management processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Significant program or project management experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs involving engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, logistics, and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor products, equipment, manufacturing processes, or product-delivery operations.
  • Experience managing customer delivery commitments, forecasts, lead times, cycle times, and operational constraints.
  • Familiarity with bill-of-material management, product readiness, manufacturing planning, and shipment coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and organizational priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, lead meetings, manage action items, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and evolving business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting semiconductor test equipment, capital equipment, or complex technical products.
  • Experience with low-volume or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Background in engineering operations, product operations, NPI, or supply-chain program management.
  • Experience coordinating international teams, suppliers, or manufacturing partners.
  • Familiarity with compliance, export controls, shipping restrictions, or global logistics.
  • PMP certification or similar program-management training.
  • Experience helping build or improve PMO processes and reporting standards.

This is a senior-level position requiring a proactive and experienced professional who can operate independently and become a trusted resource across the organization.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Take ownership of programs without requiring constant direction.
  • Follow up consistently and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.
  • Build productive relationships across engineering, operations, sales, and leadership.
  • Know when to resolve an issue independently and when escalation is necessary.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Remain persistent while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for resolving complex program and delivery challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a veteran semiconductor Program Manager with experience managing complex programs from customer request and forecast through manufacturing, shipment, and final delivery.
