Component Central Operations (CCO) enables the Components Business to achieve world-class Silicon & Optical operations by leading end-to-end process improvements and digital transformation, using portfolio management, data & security, and architecture expertise.
We drive execution to achieve business outcomes enabling Components Operations to improve revenue, margin, & deliver world class products in a cost effective and efficient manner.
- Leverage innovative technology to deliver best‑class supply chain solutions
- Increase data transparency and granularity to deliver data driven insights to enable fit for purpose solutions
- Deliver customer value proposition through industry leading supply chain strategies and portfolio management
- Lead business process excellence initiatives to drive out waste and build lean operations
As a CCO Program Manager, you will lead the Demand & Supply Planning project execution for Components. The responsibilities include coordinating the planning and initiation of programs at various levels of completion, monitor progress and schedules of Components portfolio, communicate with project & program partners, implement according to PMO framework, develop portfolio status reports, etc.
Responsibilities Include- Portfolio Management:
Managing end to end Components portfolio by ensuring execution and reporting out in high-value meeting cadences with stakeholders - Change Management:
Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions - Program Management:
Oversee Components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution and delivery - Communications:
Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications - Stakeholder Partnership:
Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures - Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Develop performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to effectively track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions based on data
- 8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management
- 3+ years in Supply, Demand, IBP
- Experience in managing large-scale programs/projects, business operations
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- PMP Certification
- Industry experience with Semiconductor industry
- Background leveraging Program Management Tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, )
