· Serve as the primary customer contact, providing accurate, prompt, professional, and courteous service in accordance with mutual expectations established through Sale Order delivery commitments or, if applicable, co-signed Manufacturing Service Agreements.
· Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Materials teams to ensure necessary customer documentation is obtained, properly stored, and distributed according to established procedures.
· Support customer ECOs by managing their implementation and associated impacts on delivery and cost, following established procedures.
· Quote Bill of Materials and purchase Bill of Materials upon receipt of PO. Work proactively with customers to identify problematic parts and explore solutions such as alternative parts.
· Assemble kits after receipt from various vendors and coordinate their manufacturing process.
· Monitor and adjust production priorities by maintaining Sale Order delivery dates and measuring delivery performance against customer commitments.
· Use company systems effectively to maintain and communicate real-time production status concerning cost, quality, and availability.
· Establish formal and informal communication channels with assigned accounts to maintain customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, concerns, and product returns.
· Conduct customer visits locally or via travel as necessary.
· Perform all other duties as assigned by management, including purchasing materials.

Minimum Qualifications- 5 to 10 years of experience in Program, Projects, or Customer Service within the Contract Manufacturing (CM) or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of CM technology, specifically circuit board assembly.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to perform job duties effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service via email and telephone.
- Strong team leadership abilities.

Pay Range: $70K to $100K
