AI Enablement Partner - HR Operations; AMS

Responsibilities

The HR operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We're dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree or above, open to all majors and experience levels;
• - Strong sense of purpose and highly self-driven; not bound by the status quo;
• - Agile and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in process optimization and new technologies;
• - Capable of driving cross functional alignment to solve complex problems and synthesizing various methods to find optimal solutions.

Preferred

Qualification:

• - Candidates with prior experience in HR strategy, HR products, or AI related fields are highly preferred.
