Sagetap is seeking an Operations Associate to join a brand-new Operations function in the United States. You will own the execution layer across people operations, hiring, compliance, IT/equipment, legal administration, and culture, partnering with leadership to scale the business.
In six months you’ll onboard several new hires, coordinate an on-site, help stand up our SOC 2 program, and build the systems that let a 20-person company operate like a much larger one.
