Product Solutions and Operations Project Intern; Commerce Ads BS​/MS

Team Introduction

We are a product team focused on improving merchant growth certainty on Shop Ads. Centered on GMVmax, we build scalable products that help merchants identify key issues, discover growth opportunities, and take clear, actionable next steps. Through diagnostics, recommendations, benefits, and creative insights, we drive best‑practice adoption ultimately improving GMV performance and long‑term revenue growth.

• Work with the lead Product Manager to build Tik Tok shop ads products like diagnosis, benefit, recommendation, insight products that help advertisers follow ads best practice and grow their business on Tik Tok shop.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams like operations, engineering, data science, platform to define goals, develop, test, and launch products.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization.

• Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self‑motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity.
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a 12‑week full‑time work period during Summer 2026.
• Prior internship or project experience in product management, ads, e‑commerce, creator/creative tools, or data analysis is preferred.

Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of the year, 40 if hired in second half of the year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
