To support the fast growth and manage the massive content on the platform, Byte Dance's infrastructure team is building hyper-scale datacenters globally that host hundreds of thousands of servers. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026.You will work closely within our data center commercial teams and other cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the data center supply chain and infrastructure development.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real‑world challenges, and explore your career interests.

• Assist the team with initial supplier engagement, such as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) processing, supplier onboarding, and requests for information.
• Support the preparation and organization of critical documents for bidding processes (RFx).

• Contribute to key business operations by maintaining data for operational reports and tracking contract information.
• Help collect and organize site energy consumption data to support the finance operations team.

• Track supplier performance by analyzing data for scorecards and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring.
• Support the preparation of key artifacts for supplier business review meetings.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain, Logsitics, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player

• Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or data center
