Executive Engagement and Event Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Executive Engagement and Event Operations Manager in Alviso, CA.

Summary:

This role will manage executive engagement programs, customer advisory boards, executive briefings, and event operations. The individual will ensure a best-in-class customer experience while overseeing logistics, planning, budget management, and onsite execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive engagement programs, including:
  Executive Briefings;
  Customer Advisory Boards (CABs);
  Customer Innovation Center (CIC) visits;
  Executive meetings;
  Customer engagement events
• Coordinate schedules and interactions among customers, executives, executive assistants, partners, and leadership teams
• Capture meeting outcomes, action items, follow-up plans, and customer commitments
• Ensure consistency in messaging and customer engagement experiences
• Own end-to-end event operations, including:
  Budget development and tracking;
  Vendor management;
  Travel coordination;
  Shipping and asset management;
  Event logistics;
  Staffing plans;
  Run-of-show management;
  Onsite execution and issue resolution
• Prepare and submit event budgets for approval
• Provide operational leadership and support during customer-facing events and executive programs
• Coordinate executive engagement activities across Service Provider and OEM customer organizations

• Experience supporting executive briefing centers, executive engagement programs, customer advisory boards, or similar customer-facing initiatives
• Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations
• Strong event operations and logistics background
• Budget management and vendor management expertise
• Familiarity with Service Provider, Telecommunications, OEM, or infrastructure customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple executive-level engagements simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
