Senior Escrow Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Escrow Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for escrow-related and virtual account solutions within a commercial banking environment. You will translate client needs, market opportunities, and regulatory considerations into product priorities that support growth, adoption, and scalable treasury capabilities. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to advance product development, manage risk, and deliver solutions that strengthen liquidity and service offerings.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 - $179,100 annually

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for escrow and virtual account solutions
• Identify client needs and market trends to inform product strategy
• Build business cases and manage product development priorities
• Design product strategies for varied customer segments
• Lead the evolution of the virtual account management platform and capabilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of proven product management experience in commercial banking or related fields
• Experience with escrow services and virtual account management
• Strong understanding of treasury management and liquidity solutions
• Proven track record in launching banking or fintech capabilities
