As a Senior Staff Specialist Marketing and Business Development on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Take responsibility for a subset of customers
• Understand and map their SAM
• Understand and track customer program dates
• Work with Sales to create 3-5yr forecasts
• Agree
  annual revenue targets
  and product mix with Sales & take responsibility to achieve revenue
• Work with Allocation team to ensure supply
• Communicate issues to Sales
• Manage customer allocation calls
• Communication customer issues
  to IFX management

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketingor a related field
• 6+ years of progressive experience
• Self-motivated entrepreneur with a desire to set challenging targets and achieve them
• Willingness to
  persevere
  and dig to find the heart of issues
• Be detailed oriented yet able to simplify, summarize and communicate the big picture in an effective manner for senior management

US $ 150,600– US $ 207,000

US $ 132,600– US $182,300

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
