This isn’t a traditional strategy role.

You won’t spend your time writing PowerPoint presentations that never get implemented.

You’ll work directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve how the business operates.

You’ll help redesign workflows.

Improve customer experiences.

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1,500–$2,500 per month, depending on experience, strategic capability, AI expertise, business transformation experience, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives

As our AI Strategy Manager, you’ll partner directly with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities across the organization.

You’ll analyze business processes, evaluate emerging technologies, develop strategic recommendations, coordinate implementation, measure outcomes, and continuously improve how Human Intelligence operates.

This is an AI‑native leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, business analysis capability, commercial awareness, communication skills, and operational execution.
