About The Role

As Franchise Manager, EMEA, you will play a critical role in supporting franchise strategy and execution across assigned markets while ensuring alignment with broader Global and EMEA franchise priorities.

Acting as the primary franchise lead for your market, you will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives and support key franchise moments. You'll also contribute to wider EMEA projects, champion selected regional priorities and help drive best-practice sharing across markets.

This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and enjoys working in a highly collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Do

Franchise Strategy & Growth
  • Support the development and implementation of franchise strategies across assigned markets.
  • Ensure market plans align with Global and EMEA franchise priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to drive franchise growth and performance.
  • Partner with local stakeholders to maximise business opportunities and audience engagement.
  • Contribute market insights and recommendations to regional and global planning discussions.
Franchise Planning & Execution
  • Support the delivery of key franchise initiatives and major campaign moments.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure local franchise plans are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor initiatives and support performance evaluation and reporting.
  • Drive strong execution while maintaining brand consistency.
Market Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary franchise contact for assigned markets.
  • Provide franchise guidance and strategic support to local teams.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing, commercial, consumer products and other business functions.
  • Partner with Global Franchise teams to ensure alignment on priorities and opportunities.
  • Support communication and collaboration across multiple territories.
Regional Collaboration
  • Contribute to selected EMEA-wide strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Support cross-market alignment and consistency.
  • Share learnings, insights and best practices across the region.
  • Champion designated strategic topics and initiatives where required.
  • Help strengthen knowledge sharing and collaboration between markets.
Team & Project Support
  • Provide guidance and support to coordinators, temporary staff, interns or project resources when required.
  • Assist with onboarding, work allocation and project coordination activities.
  • Maintain visibility of priorities, timelines and deliverables across initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in:
    • Franchise Management
    • Brand Management
    • Strategic Marketing
    • Consumer Products
    • Cross-Functional Business Leadership
  • Experience working across international markets and multiple cultures.
  • Background managing complex stakeholder groups and matrix organisations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale brands, franchises or entertainment properties is highly desirable.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • MBA or postgraduate business qualification is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
