Looking for a summer job that matters ? Whether you're a teacher on break, an early childhood education major, or a seasoned nanny ready for a flexible schedule—Crunch Care is hiring energetic, experienced caregivers for short-term, backup childcare roles this summer.

Work 2+ days per week (or more!) with full flexibility using our caregiver app.

Make an Impact Fast:
Support families with backup care needs—whether it’s infants, toddlers, or school-aged kids.

Build Experience That Counts:
Gain hands-on childcare hours with a variety of age groups in a professional setting.

• At least2 full days of weekly availability this summer
• 2+ years of experience working with children (babysitting, classroom aide, camp counselor, etc.)
• 3–4 childcare references
  • CPR certification
• Positive, adaptable energy and strong communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license and car (not required in NYC or SF)
  • Must be 18+

$20/hr , paid biweekly Daily bonuses + overtime pay Health stipend, PTO, & more for consistent team members W2 employee status (not a contractor!) Access to extended training & professional nanny resources
