Are you an Estimator with experience in residential construction, looking to join a growing business offering real ownership and long-term opportunity?
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the estimating function within a residential construction environment, pricing projects across all stages from initial enquiry through to tender submission. You will play a key role in producing accurate, competitive bids, managing subcontractor and supplier pricing, and supporting the business in winning and delivering work profitably.
The company has a strong and secure pipeline of work and is continuing to expand its commercial team. This role offers clear progression into senior positions as this rapidly expanding business continues to grow.

The Role:- Lead the preparation of detailed estimates and tender submissions across residential construction projects
- Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and scope reviews
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to produce accurate cost plans
- Support value engineering and cost planning activities during preconstruction
- Work closely with project delivery and preconstruction teams to ensure estimates reflect buildable, profitable solutions
- Experience as an Estimator within residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction costs, procurement, and tender processes
- Proficient in estimating software and confident working from drawings and specifications
- Able to manage multiple bids simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
- Growing residential construction business with a strong and secure project pipeline
