Job Title
A leading general contractor specializing in multifamily and commercial construction projects is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their dynamic team. Known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering customer satisfaction, this contractor values collaboration and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multifamily and commercial construction and be skilled in project management and client relations.
Responsibilities- Oversee multifamily and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
- Provide updated project status reports to senior management as required.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, enhance productivity, and improve customer relations.
- Evaluate and train key personnel within the assigned territory.
- Attend project meetings and foster strong client relationships.
- Review and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
- Ensure a complete and accurate set of shop drawings and approved architectural plans are available and up-to-date.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Full understanding of Site Work, including Underground Utilities, Excavation, Shoring, etc.
- Project experience can include:
Ground-up Multifamily, Apartments, Condominiums, Affordable Housing, Commercial Rehab, etc. - Knowledge of both Procore & MS Project Required
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and computer software.
- Valid driver's license.
