A leading general contractor specializing in multifamily and commercial construction projects is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multifamily and commercial construction and be skilled in project management and client relations.

• Oversee multifamily and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Provide updated project status reports to senior management as required.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, enhance productivity, and improve customer relations.
• Evaluate and train key personnel within the assigned territory.
• Attend project meetings and foster strong client relationships.
• Review and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
• Ensure a complete and accurate set of shop drawings and approved architectural plans are available and up-to-date.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Full understanding of Site Work, including Underground Utilities, Excavation, Shoring, etc.
• Project experience can include:
  Ground-up Multifamily, Apartments, Condominiums, Affordable Housing, Commercial Rehab, etc.
• Knowledge of both Procore & MS Project Required
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and computer software.
• Valid driver's license.
