Assistant Superintendent
Essel is looking for the assistant superintendents that are ready to take the next step in their careers. This is a great opportunity to be a superintendent in the multifamily sector! Do you have what it takes to take the next step?
Santa Cruz modular affordable housing project.
Superintendent needs to be able to manage, order material, read plans, etc.
We are looking for a long term fit and ideally someone that can work in the Bay Area after this project is done. Project schedule is about 6-7 months.
2-3 other projects in Pleasant Hill & Richmond in the pipeline.
Must have high touch skillset of working with corporate level people like city leaders and financial people since they will likely stop by for visits, etc.
