A construction management company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale affordable housing projects in San Jose, CA. The successful candidate will assist in directing all phases of project management, including project planning, budget development, and construction oversight. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and at least 5 years of related experience. Strong computer skills in Excel, MS Project, and Procore are essential.
The position is full-time with a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year.
