• Serve as the primary client representative, building trust and ensuring project success.
• Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, training, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive business development efforts, industry networking, and proposal strategies.

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
• 6+ years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
• Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

$260,000—$280,000 USD

The job duties for this position may entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer requires that all Dome personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer’s policy has no exemptions.
