The Project Manageristhecustomerserviceleadonallmitigationandrepairprojects .ThePMguidestheentireprojectbyworkingwiththecustomertoarriveatanagreedscopeofworkandcost.
ThePMpositionisresponsibleforcoordinatingallassignedjobswiththeassistanceofprojectcoordinators,superintendents,andleadtechnicians.
ThePMistoorganizeprojectdetailsandadministertheprojectthroughtoasuccessfulandprofitableconclusionwhilerepresentingtheintegrity,care,andmoralsofthecompany.
Responsibilities Project Estimating- Use Xactimateestimatingsoftwareand Google Drivetodefinethejobscopeanddetails ,arriveatprojectcost,negotiatewithaninsuranceadjuster,andminimizeadditionalworkperformedwithoutauthorizedchangeorders.
- Negotiatewithvendorsforthebestmaterialandequipmentpricing.
- Negotiatechangeorderrequestsfromtheownerandgetwrittenauthorizations.
- Manageprojectbillingandinvoices.
- Provideprojectscopeonallmitigationandreconstructionjobs.
- Conductawalk-throughwiththecustomer,lead technicians,and/orsuperintendentstoinitiateprojectstart-up.
- Dailymonitoringofprojectprogressanddailyupdatestoallcustomers/clients.
- Assistofficestaffwithinvoices,collections,andlegalinformation.
- Manageconscientiouslyandfairlytoallcustomersandsubcontractors.
- Activelyattempttoresolveanyconflicts,concerns,orproblemsinacalm,reasonable,andthoughtfulmanner.
- Owntheproblemandgotheextramile.
- Usecurrentsoftware Advanced Restorationisoperatingon .(Xcelerate,Xactimate,Google Drive,Google sheets,etc)
- Knowhowtouseup-to-date hardware.(iPads,iPhone,andlaptopcomputers).
- Abilitytocreateandformatcomprehensiveemails,asrequiredfordailyupdatestocustomersandcoworkers.
- Minimum2yearofworkexperiencein Project Management
- Experience using Microsoft Officeor Google Workspace
- Excellent time-management,organizational,leadership,andcommunicationskills
- Understanding of Xactimatesoftwareaplus
- Experiencedinmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneously
- Validdrivinglicenseisrequiredalongwithasafedrivingrecord
