Construction Project Manager – Multi-Family Podium | San Jose, California | $165,000 – $180,000

Renewyx is partnered with a well-regarded commercial general contractor based in San Jose, California, to find an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multi-family podium construction.

This is an on-site leadership role for a project manager who knows multi-family podium construction inside and out. You'll take full ownership of project delivery, managing complex builds from ground-up through to handover, working alongside a talented site team and a contractor with a strong reputation in the Bay Area market.

• Leading end-to-end project management on multi-family podium construction projects
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources across all phases of delivery
• Coordinating with subcontractors, design teams, owners, and local authorities
• Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Reporting on project progress to senior stakeholders and ownership groups

• 4–8 years of construction project management experience with a focus on multi-family podium projects
• Deep understanding of podium construction methods, concrete and wood-frame sequencing, and mixed-use delivery
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controls
• Familiarity with Bay Area building codes and permitting processes is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or relevant construction certification is a plus

• Base salary: $165,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
