Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing
Some PM roles have you bouncing from one office build-out to the next.
This one puts you in the middle of a Fortune 100 corporate campus, leading the infrastructure projects that keep it running.
You’ll oversee capital improvements, MEP upgrades, utility projects, and campus modernization from concept through closeout. Instead of managing one-off tenant improvements, you’ll become a trusted advisor working alongside client leadership, consultants, and contractors on long-term programs that shape an entire campus.
You’ll spend your time:
- Leading multiple capital improvement and infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
- Managing budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and project financials.
- Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, facilities teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Reviewing contractor proposals, change orders, and construction costs.
- Leading Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and maintaining project momentum.
- Providing field oversight while identifying risks before they impact the client.
- Building trusted relationships that keep projects moving and teams aligned.
What you get:
- $75–80/hour.
- Hybrid work environment with project site involvement.
- Opportunity to support one of Silicon Valley’s largest corporate campus portfolios.
- Complex infrastructure work including central utilities, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire/life safety systems, laboratory renovations, and major building modernization.
- Autonomy to own your projects while working alongside an experienced enterprise project management team.
- Long-term program work with opportunities to take on increasingly complex capital projects.
You’re someone who takes ownership without waiting to be asked. You communicate early, stay calm when priorities shift, and earn trust by delivering on your commitments. Whether your background is with a general contractor, construction manager, or owner’s representative, you’re looking for projects that challenge your technical knowledge and let you influence outcomes—not just manage punch lists.
