Project Manager, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates from drawings and specifications

Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, from concept to closeout ensuring project is completed on time and within budget

Manage document control, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration

Manage and estimate multiple projects concurrently

Identify and manage risks, including lead time assessments and site assessments

Assist in RFP package preparation

Develop new clients while supporting and maintaining existing clients

Participate in trade shows and industry organizations

Well versed in all aspects of project management including bidding, estimating, subcontracting, permitting, cost management, project documentation, scheduling, billing and close out Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience in Life Science/Biotech projects is a plus Experience working under Plan Spec, MEP Design-Build and Design-Build Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Project Procore experience desired

Good understanding of all trades-including MEPStrong communication skills both verbal and written
