This is a rare opportunity to lead and develop the Precon department, focusing on costs & estimates within an innovative residential construction company, taking responsibility for the team, processes, systems and overall cost strategy.

You will work closely with senior leadership across Construction, Design, Engineering, Procurement and Operations, helping improve cost certainty, drive commercial performance and build the infrastructure required to support continued growth.

• Lead and take ownership of the Cost Engineering and Estimating department
• Manage, develop and grow the estimating team as the business scales
• Develop estimating processes, systems, standards and overall cost strategy
• Lead detailed estimates, budgets, cost plans and value engineering initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership to support commercial and strategic decision-making

• Strong estimating or cost engineering experience within
  residential construction
• Proven experience leading a team, function or significant estimating workload
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, procurement, tendering and preconstruction
• Commercially minded with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership
• Ambitious and ready to step into a
  Director-level position
