Senior Construction Estimator​/Project Manager; Fully Remote

• Build complete, accurate cost estimates for multi-family, residential, and commercial projects, from quantity takeoffs through final bid packages.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare bid packages, including opportunities at the city, county, and local level.
• Build rapport with stakeholders, representing the company in person and virtually during bid Q&A sessions and estimate presentations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive construction estimating experience, ideally including government RFPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and comfortable using AI tools.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and building codes.
