Tech Equity Inc. is a nonprofit organization that democratizes access to artificial intelligence (AI) knowledge and applications. Tech Equity Ai serves as the branded public‑facing identity of Tech Equity Inc. Our flagship event is the “Tech Equity Ai Summit,” a series of high‑impact events designed to foster innovation, broad participation, and education in AI. In addition to our flagship initiative, Tech Equity Ai also hosts monthly events that keep our community engaged year‑round through ongoing learning, networking, and hands‑on exploration of emerging AI tools and ideas.

Tech Equity Ai is seeking a Senior Brand Designer Intern to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand identity and supports our mission. This intern will design marketing materials, social media graphics, event collateral, presentation decks, and website assets to promote programs such as the Tech Equity Ai Summit and year‑round community events. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about using design to amplify impact.

This volunteer requires a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week for at least six months
, with the possibility of extension. Interns receive mentorship, structured support, and opportunities to build a strong portfolio through high‑impact work. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role aligned with the high standards of Silicon Valley’s tech and nonprofit sectors. We seek independent, resourceful problem‑solvers who are adaptable, take initiative, and are willing to step in where needed. This opportunity is not structured as a training program;

it is a chance to gain real‑world exposure in a results‑driven AI and technology landscape. For volunteers shorter than six months, a two‑week transition notice is expected from both sides.

• AI‑Powered Content Creation:
  Utilize AI tools such as Mid Journey and Runway to develop mini video campaigns and interactive visual activations that enhance event promotion and audience engagement.
• Visual Content Creation:
  Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for social media, website, videos, and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Event Branding & Collateral:
  Develop brand guidelines, promotional materials, event signage, digital banners, social media content, and presentation templates for Tech Equity Ai events such as the Ai Summit and Ai Workshop.
• Website & Digital Design:
  Work closely with the UI/UX design team to create and update website graphics, ensuring a visually engaging and cohesive digital experience.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
  Partner with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express), and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, illustration, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating graphics for social media, web, video, and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of AI, technology, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
