As the window of Tik Tok’s business services, our Tik Tok UED Monetization team aims to enable clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential. We want to ease and inspire clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities, and create value with Tik Tok.
As a content design intern, you will learn how UX writing supports product experiences by partnering across functions, incorporating feedback, and practicing customer empathy. Our core design team includes researchers, product designers, and UX writers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity.
We work with collaborative cross‑functional teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026.
Internships at Our Company aim to provide students with hands‑on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real‑world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

- Write and iterate on clear, conversational UI copy for ads and monetization experiences, such as labels, buttons, helper text, and system messages.
- Partner with product design, PM, engineering, research, and localization to learn the workflow and incorporate feedback quickly.
- Help maintain and apply content guidelines, voice, and terminology so experiences feel consistent across surfaces and markets.
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, and use what you learn to improve clarity, consistency, and content quality.
- Support process improvements for scaling content work, such as organizing patterns, documenting decisions, and tracking common issues.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; strong interest in UX writing, content design, product writing, communications, HCI, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and revise quickly based on feedback.
- Comfortable collaborating in a cross‑functional environment (design, product, engineering, research).
- Must be able to commit to a 12‑week full‑time work period during Summer 2026.
- A portfolio of writing samples (class projects are fine) that shows clarity, audience awareness, and iteration.
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools, such as Figma, and interest in how words work inside product UI.
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
