Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Coordinator

$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Coordinator for a client in the service industry located in La Cañada Flintridge, CA. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where exceptional communication and client relations are paramount.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and service requests.
  • Communicate frequently via phone, email, and text to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and service updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service agreements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume text communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
