Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Coordinator for a client in the service industry located in La Cañada Flintridge, CA. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where exceptional communication and client relations are paramount.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and service requests.
- Communicate frequently via phone, email, and text to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service agreements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume text communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
