CSR​/Dispatcher

Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (DOE) + Bonuses
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CSR/Dispatcher to support our growing HVAC and Plumbing service teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and ensures our field technicians are efficiently dispatched to provide 5-star service.

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to service calls in a timely, efficient manner
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment status, ETA updates, and service follow-ups
• Prioritize incoming jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability
• Monitor technician routes and adjust scheduling as needed for optimal efficiency
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Field Managers to resolve scheduling issues or customer concerns
• Maintain accurate job information in dispatching software (Service Titan experience a plus)
• Follow standard operating procedures and escort issues when necessary
• Assist with after‑hours or emergency call dispatching as required

• Previous csr/dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience preferred (HVAC/Plumbing industry a plus)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Calm under pressure with a proactive problem‑solving mindset
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and mobile communication tools
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
