• Track and manage orders, verify pricing, and work with Logistics.
• Monitor accounts receivable, process RMAs, sample requests, and create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve issues.
• Support Sales Representatives, HQ, and customers – answer questions and resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, and working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system.
• Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
• Manage sample requests.
• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
• Prepare and provide reports to management.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.

Reports to: Manager, Sales Administration

• BA degree.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

• BA degree or experience in Sales, detail oriented, communication skills.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
