Travel Services is a part of the Global Mobility Services department and supports the business travel services of Tik Tok employees. The role focuses on operating and improving regional travel services, managing suppliers, and driving policy and system enhancements.

• Operate travel services in the region, resolving escalated complaints, managing OnCall BPO customer service, adjusting service delivery standards, and conducting performance evaluations to continuously improve standardized systems and processes.
• Optimize and manage the service system of travel suppliers, control supplier service delivery quality, and improve efficiency and quality.
• Follow up on and implement special travel-related tasks such as cross‑border mobility projects, collaborating deeply with internal and external teams to promote project completion.
• Conduct continuous research, interviews, and data analysis to identify regional adaptability and optimization points of travel policies and the Hi Travel system; provide feedback to policy and system product teams to drive optimizations and resolve issues.
• Assist the team in building a travel operation system based on the company’s travel characteristics and business development stage, continuously improving delivery capabilities of travel services and the global travel service experience.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in relevant fields such as business travel, customer service, or service improvement.
• Strong learning ability, active thinking, and adaptive to a fast working pace.
• In‑depth understanding of the company's global business characteristics and business travel development stage.

• Strong sense of responsibility, customer‑service driven, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86,400 - $136,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
