We are looking for friendly, compassionate, motivated, and driven individuals to fill the Client Service Representative position at our state-of-the-art Emergency Veterinary Hospital. Our amazing customer service is something that sets our hospital apart from others in the area. Our CSRs have a passion for helping others and consistently exceed customer standards. There are opportunities for growth and development.
Our hospital is a GP/ER hybrid practice that is open 7 days a week.

We offer four, ten hour shifts - leaving you with three days per week off.

Qualifications1-2 years experience in a customer service setting
Experience in a veterinary environment is a plus!
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, takes initiative, and has a positive attitude
Experience with Ezy Vet is a plus!
Experience with any veterinary software is a plus!
Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week)
Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Keeping the reception area, lobby, and exam rooms organized and presentable
We are open 7 days a week! Currently, we are looking for candidates for both daytime and evening hours.
