Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers at the Front Counter and on the phone in a professional manner. Provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for fulfilling Front Counter Sales, Will-Call orders, and phone orders.
- Prepare pricing quotes for customers in accordance to the needs of the PM or DM
- Work with Purchasing to Contact vendors to get price quotes, product availability, and tracking information.
- Assist Account Managers with Outside Sales' customers/orders.
- Ensure that orders are filled and shipped in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other employees (including those at other SHC locations) as needed to ensure customer needs are met; be a team player. This includes PMs.
- Cover for warehouse needs during lunch, vacation and when shorthanded.
- Make outcalls to customers regarding resupply, will call orders that are outstanding, and follow up on special order deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned by manager in support of SHC's business objectives.
