Role overview

Support patients throughout their healthcare journey by providing clear, empathetic assistance with non-billing questions and testing-related services. This customer-support role combines phone and live-chat communication, careful case documentation, and coordination with internal teams to help resolve issues efficiently.

• Act as a primary contact for patient questions that do not involve billing.
• Provide updates on test status, assist with patient-portal access, explain testing services, and coordinate blood-sample redraws when needed.
• Handle inbound calls and live chats with timely, patient-centered communication.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve patient concerns.
• Record patient interactions accurately in a CRM system.
• Identify issues that require additional attention, elevate appropriately, and contribute ideas for improving the patient experience.

• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach to service.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and standard office applications.
• Customer service, healthcare, or related experience is helpful.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

• Remote position within the United States.
• Listed pay range of $20–$23 USD per hour, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience, certifications, skills, and work location.
