Startek is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Zomato blended process, involving both Chat and Voice support. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and a customer-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities- Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and other queries.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Excellent and fluent English and Hindi are required.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Stable Wi-Fi/internet connectivity is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Rotational weekly offs.
- Only candidates with strong verbal and communication skills will be considered.
