• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage calls, emails, and queries efficiently, maintaining a well-organized and presentable reception area.
• Welcome new members, guide them through orientation, and introduce them to Daftarkhwan’s services and culture.
• Handle scheduling, bookings, and general inquiries, ensuring effective communication between teams and members.
• Assist in coordinating community events and activities that enhance engagement and promote networking opportunities.
• Monitor the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the workspace, coordinating with the relevant teams to address any issues.
