Job Overview

Arklign is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Removable Implant Specialist / Technician with expertise in AOX, Over dentures, and Removable Prostheses. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and fabrication of dental prostheses, including repairs, complete and partial dentures, over dentures, and AOX restorations. Your specialized clinical and technical knowledge will be critical in delivering quality restorations and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities Bench Work
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures, night guards, and thermoformed trays
  • Perform model work, mounting, custom trays, occlusal rims, teeth setup, festooning, waxing, wire bending, acrylic processing, and finishing
  • Perform relines, repairs, and rebases
  • Design, fabricate, and characterize over dentures and All-on-X prostheses
Technical Support
  • Review and respond to case alerts and internal tickets
  • Manage and de-escalate dissatisfied or escalated customer concerns
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and fabrication rationale to internal teams and clinicians
  • Collaborate with doctors to understand clinical workflows and preferences
  • Perform inbound and outbound quality control (QC)
  • Assist in SOP and QC standard development
  • Participate in R&D and product development initiatives
  • Conduct new account nurturing and routine technical check-ins
  • Support technical billing inquiries and provide clarification as needed
Chairside Support
  • Coordinate and maintain organized chairside appointments
  • Prepare and manage chairside materials, components, and tools
  • Provide chairside technical support, including conversions
Administrative
  • Navigate and utilize internal systems effectively
  • Document actions through forms, logs, and reports
  • Maintain lab and bench cleanliness
  • Ensure upkeep of tools and equipment
  • Order lab supplies and manage inventory levels
Requirements
  • Understanding of infection control and patient health information security protocols
  • Proven experience as a Removable Implant Specialist / Technician
  • In-depth knowledge of removable prosthetic fabrication workflows, dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic function
  • Proficiency in digital workflows for dental prosthetic design and fabrication
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and precision
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clinicians
