Studio Assistant & Guest Experience Coordinator

Door Into Summer Photo Studio, one of Silicon Valley's premier luxury photography studios, is looking for an energetic, creative assistant who can keep our beautiful space running like clockwork while making our clients feel like royalty.

• Maintain our sanitation protocols (because tiny humans and pristine props don't always mix)
• Ensure every prop, backdrop, and tiny bow is exactly where it belongs
• Break down photo setups: remove backdrops, sanitize props, manage laundry, organize storage
• Create SOPs and train future team members
• Keep our floors spotless and our space Instagram-worthy at all times

• Follow detailed SOPs to prep upcoming sessions (I'm obsessed with instructions, so you'll never be guessing!)
• Unroll and secure backdrops, steam clothing, assemble props and compositions
• Learn lighting placement and equipment handling
• Assist with client posing—adjusting hair, perfecting little details, and wrangling adorable kiddos during sessions

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Serve tea, coffee, and snacks (because happy clients = beautiful photos)
• Help clients change between setups
• Entertain little ones and keep them engaged while parents get pampered

• Flexible schedule- you can choose when you want to work! Weekdays, Weekends or both!

• Have a driving license and your vehicle (or, live nearby)
• Are a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it (without waiting to be asked!)
• Feel comfortable working at our Mountain View location
• Love working with adults and kids alike
• Are super, hyper, ultra responsible (did we mention responsible?)
• Are a forward thinker—always anticipating the next step, mindful of timing and workflow
• Have conversational English skills to welcome clients and make them feel  astrophysics degree required - though if you want to improve your English, this is the perfect opportunity!
