Interior Designer – San Jose

We are currently seeking an Interior Designer to join our dynamic studio in San Jose. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring high‑performance, community‑first design to life.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
  • Assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.
  • Conduct research on product and construction methods related to projects.
  • Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects.
  • Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed to building a long‑term professional career.
