The Tik Tok Monetization Products organization sits within Tik Tok for Business. Our purpose is to create intuitive and scalable ad experiences that foster meaningful connections between businesses and people. We are looking for a Content Designer to shape UX strategies and craft content experiences that meet advertiser needs.
Responsibilities- Execute content design and UX writing for monetization product work streams.
- Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content.
- Contribute to and evolve Tik Tok Monetization’s content, voice, and style guidelines.
- Meet and align with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative.
- Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across monetization products.
- Define efficient, practical solutions and processes for large-scale problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Significant years of content design or relevant UX writing experience for web or mobile applications.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product design, user research, engineering, and localization teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,600 - $220,400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
