Zscaler is seeking a Staff Product Designer for a hybrid role based in San Jose HQ. The position focuses on evolving the organization's design ecosystem, ensuring consistency and quality across products with collaboration from cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do- Create and refine scalable components and patterns
- Contribute to and refine the Zscaler Design System
- Use modern AI-powered tools to generate and launch prototypes
- Accelerate documentation and automate design-to-code handoff
- Demonstrated curiosity and exploration of AI tools
- 8-10 years of Product Design experience with 2+ years in Design Systems
- Experience aligning with engineering and design on system goals
- Deep fluency in token architecture, theming, accessibility, and responsive design
- Understanding front-end constraints and an ability to read code
- Experience using design tools like Figma
