Middle School Girls' Flag Football Coach

Position Summary

Almaden Country Day School seeks part‑time coaches for its spring after‑school girls flag football program. Coaches will work roughly 4–6 hours per week, two to three times weekly after school, with practices from 3:15‑4:45 pm and games from 3‑6 pm (Monday–Thursday). Game schedule is flexible based on coach availability. The program runs from mid‑March to May.

Stipend of $2,000 per season. Additional coaching opportunities may be available for qualified candidates.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a coach or player.
• Pass background check and TB test.
• Passion for sports and mentoring young people.

• Lead practices (2–3 times per week, 3:15‑4:45 pm).
• Plan and teach game strategy, safety, and sportsmanship.
• Coordinate game play times (Mon‑Thur, 3‑6 pm).
• Participate in team activities (none on Friday‑Sunday).
