We are a reputable and vibrant fully implemented Montessori school dedicated to cultivating each child’s natural desire to learn; acquire and master skills; discover responsibility and cooperation; and foster strong, positive feelings about oneself and others. Our programs focus on developing a child’s creativity, while developing problem solving, social and time management skills within a classroom community.

We are seeking individuals with a love of early childhood and experience assisting in either infant/toddler or preschool classrooms who don't mind traveling between our three Bay Area locations – Milpitas, Santa Clara, and Morgan Hill. Someone who is comfortable supporting many classroom and/or school campuses for teacher vacations and extra support. We can guarantee you on‑call hours through the school year and summer!

• Experience working in a preschool or kindergarten classroom.
• Montessori experience is preferred, but not essential.

• Competitive salary $21‑$23/Hr, commensurate with experience
