Salary Range: $158,066 - $192,130 Annual Salary (Range M26: Management Salary Schedule). Starting salary placement is generally at Step 1.

Summary:
In addition to salary, this position qualifies for a choice of health benefits and welfare plans with premiums paid by the District for the employee and eligible dependents; two medical plans available (Anthem Blue Cross PPO and Kaiser Permanente HMO); dental (Delta Dental PPO); vision (VSP Choice); life insurance for employee and eligible dependents; long-term disability/income protection; employee assistance plan. The District contributes an additional 26.81% of the employee’s salary toward CalPERS.
Optional plans include additional life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and pre-tax retirement accounts (403b and 457). Managers, Supervisors and Confidential employees earn 22 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 6 administrative leave days, and 20 paid holidays.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Outreach, Student Life, and Community Standards reports to the Vice President of Student Services at Evergreen Valley College. The work schedule is Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a full time, 12 months per year, Classified Management position.
POSITION PURPOSE
Under general direction, the Director plans, organizes, directs and administers the Behavioral Intervention program and ensures adherence to the Student Code of Conduct including oversight of student misconduct prevention, reporting, investigation, and adjudication processes; plans and integrates student outreach through facilitating and supporting special outreach events and maintaining a presence at schools, community organizations and college fairs; coordinates day-to-day Welcome Center operations, events and activities, and oversees classified staff;
plans, directs, integrates, and evaluates operations of student government, student clubs and co-curricular activities; and performs related duties as assigned.
