Our mission is to empower children to explore STEM concepts while building confidence and unleashing their imagination.
Brick Tech is expanding and we’re looking for passionate, creative, and tech-savvy instructors to join our team! We offer fun and educational STEM programs to elementary-aged students (K–5), using LEGO robotics kits and other engaging tools that spark curiosity and confidence in young learners.
About the Role:
As a STEM & Robotics Instructor, you’ll lead small group classes and workshops at schools, community centers, and partner sites across the Bay Area. You’ll guide students through building and coding projects, encourage teamwork and problem-solving, and help foster a love of science and technology in a supportive, inclusive environment.

- Foster a love of science and technology in young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and foster a supportive learning atmosphere
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading group activities, ideally with children or in an educational setting
- Knowledge or interest in LEGO building, STEM concepts, or similar hands-on creative activities
- Ability to create, follow, and adapt lesson plans as needed to meet the needs of participants
- Organizational skills to manage program logistics, including maintaining materials and ensuring safe practices
- Passion for fostering creativity, encouraging learning, and engaging with children in an educational setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in education, childcare, or related fields is a plus
- Prior experience working with creative or STEM-focused educational programs is advantageous
- Training and curriculum provided
- Starting at $25 per hour
