Semiconductor Trainer - Course Developer

ECLARO is looking for a dedicated professional to develop and deliver training on industrial photolithography equipment for a leading technology client that ranks among the top 5 companies awarded US patents annually. This is a rewarding opportunity that blends technical expertise with course development and training skills.

• Develop and deliver training on industrial products (photolithography equipment) from our San Jose office.
• Prepare lesson plans and partner with customers and internal members to implement training while maintaining equipment in clean rooms and training facilities to ensure availability for training and demonstrations.
• Combine technical expertise with course development and training skills for an exciting, hands‑on role.

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products both in‑house and at customer sites.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer courses covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation aspects of client photolithography equipment.
• Develop new internal and external technical materials.
• Revise existing technical materials to keep them current and accurate.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs.
• Provide detailed presentations on technical topics.
• Operate, maintain, and prepare training facilities and equipment, and prepare instructional sites in the San Jose facility.
• Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve the knowledge of less experienced colleagues.
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on current training programs and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience and 3‑5 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and maintenance; photolithography equipment knowledge is helpful.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

$70,310.00–$ per year.
