Salary Range: $110,451 to $151,619 (Entry Level Annual Salary, Academic Salary Schedule ). Maximum potential $196,722.

The faculty position is a full‑time, 100% FTE temporary one‑year classification (11 months, Aug–Jun) that may include day and evening responsibilities. Some workdays may be assigned outside the academic calendar. The position is represented by the San Jose/Evergreen Federation of Teachers, AFT 6157.
Responsibilities- Master’s degree in Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Educational Counseling, Social Work, Career Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling.
- OR a Bachelor's degree in one of the above areas with a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
